PE

For my PE lesson this year i have been working on my high jump and 100m skills. My real goal was to beat these 2 boys who are in my class at these two subject, high jump was a hard ting to beat them at but 100m us three were neck and neck. I got my personal best high jump record wich was 1.40m, it's not that good but i still had fun. This is a quote by the man Muhammad Ali and i hope this inspire you If My Mind Can Conceive It And My Heart Can Believe It Then I Can Achieve It.

    Congratulations, good on you!! 1.40 m sounds pretty high to me, that is such a good achievement!

    I work for Manaiakalani as their Secondary Specialist and get to work with your teachers, you may have seen me at the college.

    When I was your age, I had a dream to be able to bet this one girl called Angela, in the 100m sprint. Every year, I had come second to her and one day I made up my mind that I wanted to come first. I dreamed about it, I thought about it when I went to bed at night and imagined myself winning.

    I couldn't believe it when it actually happened. I went on to represent the school at Mt Smart Stadium.

    Muhammad Ali's famous quote is a good one. I hope you think of it again whenever you feel faced with something you think you can't achieve.
